A non-refundable deposit of $500 for a half beef order and $1000 for a whole beef order is required upon placement of your order. We accept credit cards over the phone (2% processing fee applies) and check or money order by mail. If you mail in your deposit, please send to

Harvest months are from early spring (April) to early fall (October) of each year.
All our dry-aged beef is USDA inspected, vacuum-packed, labeled, and frozen for freshness. We sell our beef as halves or wholes. Some of our customers “cow share” with other families and friends if a half beef is too much beef for them alone. A family of four will eat on average 200 lbs. of beef a year.
